(ANSA) - MILAN, NOV 10 - The lawyers of Eitan's maternal grandfather, Shmuel Peleg, represented on the criminal front in Italy by the lawyer Paolo Sevesi, have already filed an appeal with the Milan Review Court against the order for protective custody in prison, issued by investigating judge of Pavia with consequent international arrest warrant and extradition request, against the man accused of kidnapping his nephew.
The appeal was filed today with reserve of reasons, also because illegal persons have not yet had access to the documents and the ordinance.
