The day before, it had already been approved by the council of the Institute of Political Studies (IEP).
Obtaining the approval of the two boards of Sciences-po is necessary to take the head of the institution.

At 43, Mathias Vicherat has an already opulent CV: when he left the ENA, years during which he met Emmanuel Macron (promotion Léopold Sédar Senghor), Mathias Vicherat became sub-prefect, then director of cabinet of Bertrand Delanoë , of which he remains very close, and Anne Hidalgo.
