The launch event of Reviva and Celia's winter pastry collection

For the upcoming winter (or so we all hope), the pastry department at Reviva and Celia's confectionery department has developed a new collection of sweet and savory breakfast pastries, which will be added to the place's classic variety of pastries. In the new collection, the emphasis is on the season's outstanding raw materials, including chestnuts, citrus and tea infusions.



The new pastries will be launched in the next two days, Wednesday to Friday (November 10-12), at a special sales stand, next to the restaurant, where you can taste, experience and chat with the confectioners behind the creation process. The stand will be set up in Reviva and Celia Park Tzameret in Tel Aviv, and will include all the new morning pastries alongside tea infusions combined with herbs and fruits that are dried on the spot.



Among the special pastries you will find a citrus and marzipan croissant, Bustock Ginger and quinces - a slice of brioche, ginger almond cream, quinces cooked in syrup, sliced ​​almonds, a poppy croissant, raspberry croissant, a doa braid - a croissant dough, a doa mixture , Cumin seeds, coriander seeds, whole sesame seeds, plain sesame seeds), Jerusalem artichoke and hyssop pastry, puff pastry, garlic chives, roasted Jerusalem artichokes, fresh hyssop, spiral rougel, croissant filled with toasted pecan ganache, chestnut shell and cassis - chestnut dough, (Contains rum and almonds), chopped chestnuts and cassis marmalade.

Price for pastry - 20 shekels.



After the launch, the pastries will be available daily (in varying composition) in the restaurants and delicacies of Reviva and Celia.

Wine tasting and brunch menu at Binyamina Winery

Binyamina Winery launches a wine tasting menu accompanied by a fun brunch. As part of the new brunch, guests will be offered a double wine tasting route of 3 or 5 wines, along with a menu that includes a selection of 12 mazets accompanied by cereal bread or a rustic baguette (NIS 250 per couple for a 3 wine tasting route, NIS 300 per couple for a 5 route).



Among the mazets you will find tzatziki, feta cheese with olive oil and oregano, caprese salad, fish ceviche, dipped salad, olives, eggplant salad, egg salad, tomato basket, stuffed vine leaves, coarse vegetable salad and zucchini salad in mint and tahini. The wines selected to accompany the brunch will be from the Reserve series and above in order to give the entertainers a pampering and quality wine experience. Speakers can enjoy brunch at the visitor center, the spacious winery garden and even pack for takeaway.

In honor of the winter, the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem Hotel is launching a traditional British afternoon tea at the King's Court restaurant, led by pastry chef Idan Hadad.



The hotel's tea meal consists of cucumber and cheese sandwiches, smoked salmon and a classic egg salad alongside classic scones and raisin scones that can be eaten with butter and cream, sweet pastries and mini cakes. Among the desserts - financier pistachio and red raspberry, madeleine honey and lemon, ricotta cheese brownies, milfey vanilla patisserie cream, horseradish hazelnuts and milk chocolate shunts and salty caramel mini eclair. The whole meal, befitting the class, is in an impressive elegant serving, in upscale porcelain dishes.



Guests are invited to choose from a dozen types of teas including Organic Black, Earl Gray, Chai Masala, Chinese Jasmine, Green Needle Green, Rose Robus, Lemongrass and Louisa, Chamomile, Berries, Strawberry Apple and more. The serving of tea is accompanied by an hourglass that shows the recommended waiting times for the different grades of tea.



The tea meal is served Sunday-Thursday between 15: 30-18: 30, price 255 shekels for a couple, 25% discount for a child under 12. 305 shekels for a couple plus two glasses of sparkling wine.
