(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, NOV 11 - The Russian deputy ambassador to the UN Dmitry Polyanskiy has rejected the (American) suspicions that Moscow is amassing troops on the border with Ukraine to invade it: "this was never planned", he said, claiming however "the right to concentrate troops wherever we want, is not in Ukrainian but Russian territory".
The diplomat also urged "not to forget that American warships in the Black Sea act in a provocative way", warning that "it is more and more difficult every day to avoid a direct confrontation in the Black Sea".
