Chef, confectioner, recipe and food journalist Maya Darin has a crazy baking book called "Sweet Disco", with about 100 recipes, all of which are accessible and great, even for amateur bakers.
After we did not resist the temptation of the chocolate fudge without baking, and of the recipe for a chocolate cake in one bowl, we were left with another craving for one of the excellent chocolate desserts from the book, so get the highlight - Maya Darin's version of Chocolate Pudding.

Ingredients
To hail pudding
4 slices of quality sweet challah, or 4 brioche pastries
70 grams of melted butter
100 grams of chocolate chips (half a cup) or chopped dark chocolate
250 ml for 15% sweet cream (one container)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder sifted
100 grams of sugar (half a cup)
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
As cinnamon
For coating
Dark brown metsugar

Preparation
How to make chocolate icing pudding?
1 Lightly grease the baking pan.
Make the pastries into pieces and mix in a bowl with the melted butter.
Add the chocolate and mix.
2 Mix together in a bowl or jar the cream, cocoa, sugar, eggs, egg yolks and cinnamon and add to the bread mixture.
Mix together and set aside for about 10 minutes.
3 Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
4 Pour the mixture into a mold.
Sprinkle over a little dark brown sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
Bake for about 30-20 minutes until the pastry is very golden.
