Pope Francis leaves the Clarisse monastery in Spello

Pope Francis left the monastery of Vallegloria, in Spello, where he had lunch with the Poor Clares. He did so aboard the Fiat 500 with which he arrived. (HANDLE)


(ANSA) - SPELLO (PERUGIA), 12 NOV - Pope Francis has left the monastery of Vallegloria, in Spello, where he had lunch with the Poor Clares.

He did so aboard the Fiat 500 with which he arrived.

From inside the car with the windows down, the Pontiff, smiling, shook the hands of some of the faithful (about fifty in all) who were waiting for him.

One of them shouted "long live the Pope".
