A meal in one pot that has it all: chicken, rice and even vegetables.
Ever since my kids started eating solids, grater has become one of my best friends in the kitchen.
Do not want to eat vegetables?
No problem, I will drag them to your food and you will not pay attention.
Thus, tomatoes, zucchini and onions were added to the pot, adding not only nutritional values but also a lot of flavor absorbed in the rice and chicken during cooking.

Ingredients
1 tomato
1 large zucchini or zucchini
1 large onion, peeled
½1 cups round rice
1 teaspoon Tika Masala spice mixture
Salt to taste
Grated black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons oil
½ Cinnamon stick ladle
8 chicken shanks
½ Garlic head disassembled for teeth (with the peel)

How to make chicken shanks with rice and vegetables?
1 Grate the vegetables (tomato, zucchini and onion) on the coarse side of the grater and transfer to a wide, flat pot that is also suitable for oven use (can be grated directly into the pot).
2 Rinse the rice, strain well and transfer to the pot with the vegetables.
Add the spices and oil and mix well.
3 Stick the chicken shanks in the rice mixture as well as the garlic cloves in their skins.
4 Pour water up to a height of 2 cm above the rice (not the chicken), cover and bring to a boil over a medium flame. At the same time preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
5 After boiling, transfer the pot to the oven and bake for three hours or until the liquids evaporate (or at 180 degrees for two hours, if you are shorter in time).
6 At the end it is recommended to remove the cover and raise the heat of the oven to tan the chicken.
If liquids remain, they can be reduced to gas.
