(ANSA) - MADRID, NOV 13 - A body was found in an area near the Cumbre Vieja volcano, which has been erupting since 19 September on the island of La Palma (Canary Islands).
This is stated by some of the main Iberian media.
According to the newspaper El País, the deceased person was authorized to clean up a house located within the area evacuated for weeks due to its proximity to the crater.
Now it is being discussed whether he died while cleaning the roof of the house of volcanic ash, reports the Efe news agency.
Up to now, no victims related to the ongoing eruption have yet been officially reported.
