The ministerial note of last November 6, n. 1218, reminds that "public health actions fall within the competence of the Prevention Departments (DdP) which are in charge of arranging the health measures to be undertaken, including the isolation of cases, the quarantine of contacts and the timing for return to school of pupils / students / school workers ". This note adds that "until the intervention of the health authority, in the immediacy of knowledge of the positive case, the school activates the following procedure already defined and standardized, which does not involve any discretionary health evaluation".
