Because they are said to have stabbed a 16-year-old, a teenager and a man are in custody.
Because of the urgent suspicion of "the insidious murder", a judge at the Memmingen district court ordered this, the police said.
The 15-year-old and the 25-year-old man were arrested on Monday after the body was found near Memmingen Airport in Unterallgäu.
A forensic medical examination has now shown that the 16-year-old had suffered several stab wounds on the upper body and died from them.
According to the police, two knives that could be used as weapons were found in connection with the arrest of the 25-year-old.
The two suspects would have known the victim, said a police spokesman.
He did not want to give details "out of consideration for the bereaved".
The police did not provide any information about the course of events or a possible motive for the act of violence, with reference to the ongoing investigation.
The girl's parents reported to the police on Monday morning and said that their daughter had not been available since Sunday evening.
A little later the body of the youth was found south of the Memmingen airport.
