Tishreen University, Southern Russia and Tula State Universities in the Russian Federation signed today a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation in various fields of education and scientific research, as part of the work program of the joint Syrian-Russian meeting to follow up on the work of the international conference on the return of refugees.
And the Vice President of Tishreen University for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Yasser Moussa, indicated after the signing, which took place at the Russian Cultural Center in Damascus, that the memorandum aims to exchange experiences, scientific research, professors and students and develop scientific research, noting that it includes a number of specializations and will be expanded in the future.
Dr. Inna Shevchenka, Rector of South Russia University, and Dr. Andrei Malikov, Head of the Department of Mechanical Technology at Tula University, pointed out the importance of the memorandum for its content in various fields, including student exchange and scientific missions.
