(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, NOVEMBER 17 - The EU has allocated 700 thousand euros in humanitarian assistance for migrants stranded at the Belarusian border.
Of these, 200 thousand are for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (and also in support of its national society, the Belarusian Red Cross) and another 500 thousand euros for EU partner humanitarian organizations.
The outlay will be used to provide help such as food, hygiene kits, blankets, and first aid kits.
