Ingredients

    • 500 g skim cheese for coarsely crumbled baking (good taste or Canaan)

    • 2 eggs M

    • 50 grams of sugar (1/4 cup)

    • 30 grams of flour (3 tablespoons)

    • 5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)

    • 10 g vanilla sugar (1 bag)

    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (permission)

How to make cheese pancakes?

  • 1 In a large bowl, mix the cheese together with the eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and cinnamon until a smooth, lump-free mixture is obtained.

  • 2 Heat the oil in a pan over a medium flame, form a pancake from the mixture, dip a little in the flour and transfer to the oil.

    Fry for about 3 minutes on each side until browned.

    Remove from the pan and transfer to a plate lined with absorbent paper.

  • Transfer to a serving plate, place in small bowls toppings of maple and sour cream and serve.
