A monthly allowance of up to 175 euros, which drops to 85 for adult children between 18 and 21 years: this is the basic scheme of the universal single check contained in the draft of the implementing decree arriving at the Council of Ministers.
The full amount will go to those with ISEE up to 15 thousand euros, beyond the check it gradually decreases to a minimum of 50 euros (25 for adults) for ISEE over 40 thousand or for those who do not present it.
Surcharges are foreseen based on the number of children and the presence of disabled people, on the income and work of both parents.
The application must be submitted to INPS from 1 January for the period from March to February of the following year.
