Covid: in Austria PCR obligation for unvaccinated entry

Unvaccinated people traveling to Austria must have a negative PCR since Monday. Antigen tests and antibody tests will no longer be allowed. (HANDLE)


(ANSA) - BOLZANO, NOVEMBER 18 - From Monday unvaccinated who go to Austria must have a negative PCR.


   Antigen tests and antibody tests will no longer be allowed.

As communicated by the Euregio Tirolo Alto Adige Trentino on Facebook, exceptions are provided for cross-border commuters (for reasons of work, school, study, family reasons or for visiting a spouse), for which the 3G rule continues to apply ( certified divaccination / healing / negative PCR or antigenic test).


   However, the validity of the tests for commuters is reduced for PCR from 7 days to 72 hours and for antigenic tests from 48 to 24 hours.
