The deputy of the Mixed group Sara Cunial will be able to enter the Chamber to participate in parliamentary work without showing the Green pass.

According to what ANSA learns from parliamentary sources, the president of the Appeals Board of the Chamber of Deputies Andrea Colletti (Alternative) accepted, with a single precautionary decree, the request for suspension, presented by the deputy no vax, of the resolution with which the College of Quaestors has introduced the obligation of the green pass to access all the offices of the Chamber.

Cunial's appeal will be reviewed by the House Jurisdictional Council on December 1.

Cunial had presented an appeal against the resolution of the Quaestors, and like her also other deputies and employees of Montecitorio, to the Council of Jurisdiction, the internal court of first instance of Montecitorio chaired by Alberto Losacco (Pd), asking for an immediate suspension of it, motivating it with the his need to enter the House to vote.

The appeal was rejected, and the Council hearing was set for December 1.

But Cunial appealed to the president of the appeal board of the Chamber of Deputies Andrea Colletti, who instead accepted the appeal, in consideration of the duty to allow the deputy to exercise the mandate of popular representation.
