    The other day, while the carabinieri were carrying out a control of the territory in the Carlantino area (Foggia), they noticed a man riding an old moped.

They stopped it for a checkup and the man told them it was a "bicycle".

At that point the carabinieri wanted to see us clearly.

Comparing the chassis number with the police force data, they discovered that the fifty Piaggio had been stolen in Salerno in 1998. They then immediately contacted the owner of the moped.

The latter, still incredulous, went to the municipality of Foggiano to take back the scooter.
