Make your own crispy granola: You need the following ingredients

  • 70 g almonds

  • 70 g cashew nuts

  • 70 g pumpkin seeds

  • 300 g of oatmeal

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 5 tbsp coconut oil

As you can see, ripe bananas are used here instead of refined sugar, which provide the necessary sweetness.

If you don't like bananas, you can use 100g honey instead.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat (160 ° C convection) and cover a tray with baking paper.

  • Roughly chop the almonds, cashew and pumpkin seeds with a knife.

    Mix everything together with the oatmeal, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.

  • Mash the bananas with a fork.

    Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan and stir in the banana puree.

    Add this mix to the dry ingredients and mix everything together with a wooden spoon or spatula.

  • Spread the granola on the baking sheet and bake it in the oven for around 20 minutes.

    Stir again and again in between.

    It shouldn't get too dark.

  • Then let the finished granola cool down completely.

  • Storage tip

    Keep the homemade granola in an airtight container so that it stays nice and crispy.

    It lasts anywhere from two weeks to a month.

    You can enjoy the
