Naples breaks through at the Ciak d'oro with Servillo, Martone and Gallo

Naples is the en plein at the 36th edition of the Ciak d'oro, a popular prize for Italian cinema voted directly by the public. (HANDLE)


(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 19 - Naples is en plein at the 36th edition of the Ciak d'oro, a popular prize for Italian cinema voted directly by the public. The SuperCiak in fact goes to ToniServillo; best film is QUI RIDO IO by Mario Martone; directed by Alessandro Gassmann for the film set in Naples ILSILENZIO GRANDE which also obtained best actor went to Massimiliano Gallo in Naples as well as Serena Rossi who won the Ciak d'oro as best actress for LA TRISTEZZAHA IL SONNO LEGGERO.


   Finally Alessandro Grande with REGINA wins for best film directed by a newcomer while the star of the year in a TV series is Ludovica Martino for the role of Eva in the Italian adaptation of SKAM by Netflix.


   Finally, the best poster is that of ALL FOR 1 - 1 FOR ALL by Giovanni Veronesi.


   82,634 votes arrived on the Ciak website, ciakmagazine.it, while the films in competition are those released in the period from 1 September 2020 to 30 September 2021.


   Also this year Sky Tg24 is media partner of the Ciak d'oro.

The special with the winners voted directly by the public will be broadcast tomorrow at 9 pm.
