The white truffle of Alba combined with the other best typical products of Piedmont, in the interpretation of the starred chefs. The exhibition 'Excellences of Piedmont in showcase' continues, between the Castle of Roddi and the locations of the restaurants. On November 22nd in Roddi an appointment with Giorgio Bartolucci restaurant Atelier in Domodossola that combines white truffle with Ossola Bettelmatt cheese and potatoes from Beura, on November 25th at the Patio di Pollone, in the Biella area, with Sergio Vineis who uses it together with thistle of Nice but also with cauliflower and raspberries. On 29 November, again in Roddi, it's up to Christian Milone of the Trattoria Agli Zappatori in Pinerolo, in the Turin area, who chooses the classic truffle-raw meat combination but with a touch of mountain potato. On 1 December Vineis again at the castle of Roddi.
The 'Excellences of Piedmont in showcase' project, promoted by the Piedmont Region, is included in the programming of the 91st edition of the International Alba White Truffle Fair and created by VisitPiemonte - Regional Marketing and Promotion, by the International White Truffle Fair Organization Alba, by the Piedmontese Local Tourist Agencies and by the Regional Enoteca.
At the Castello di Roddi, in the heart of the Langhe (CN), cooking school meetings, sensory workshops on truffles and digital meetings on wine also continue.
There will also be tastings in the regional wine shops of Piedmont to learn about the DOC and DOCG labels.
