Until recently, the British Queen Elizabeth II had left her participation open because of her poor health, but she has appeared.

As reported by the British media, the Queen took part in a historic ceremony for the baptism of two great-grandchildren in the royal baptistery, the Royal Chapel of All Saints.

This is close to their Windsor Castle residence.

To the knowledge of royals experts, it is the first time in history that two members of the royal family have been baptized at the same time.

These were August Brooksbank, the son of Queen's granddaughter Princess Eugenie (31), born on February 9, and Lucas Philip Tindall, the third child of her cousin Zara Tindall (40), who was born in March.

Both baptisms had been postponed due to the corona pandemic.

The private ceremony was attended by members of the royal family and close friends.

Among other things, the Queen's grandson Prince William and his wife Duchess Kate were announced.

The heir to the throne, Prince Charles, had brought the holy water from the Jordan from a visit to Jordan.

For medical examination in London hospital

Concerns about the monarch's health emerged last month when she spent a night in a London hospital after being admitted for medical exams.

At the end of October, palace officials said the monarch had been instructed by the doctors to rest for two weeks and only take on light tasks.

She had planned to attend the annual memorial service on November 14, but canceled at the last minute after a dislocated back.

She made her public return on Wednesday by holding a personal audience with the outgoing Chief of the British Forces at Windsor Castle.

Elizabeth is Britain's longest living and longest reigning monarch.

Next year she will celebrate her platinum anniversary - 70 years on the throne.
