It is on a news item which hit the headlines this summer that the investigative magazine of M 6 "66 Minutes" is looking.

That of the very chic Pichard bakery in Paris (15th century), whose owner Frédéric Pichard, 56, and his son Geoffrey, 34, are indicted, in particular for assault and sexual harassment.

The short and chilling 12-minute investigation is carried out by Brice Lambert and is signed by the Parisian journalist Jean-Michel Décugis, who revealed the affair in our columns last June.

For our newspaper, this is also the first report produced in co-production with StudioFact, and other projects should see the light of day.

Unpublished testimonies

In this documentary which deciphers how this affair continues to grow, Talia, who accuses her ex-husband Joffrey Pichard of rape, and her ex-father-in-law Frédéric Pichard, agrees to testify for the first time on television .

She claims her nightmare started when she was 18.

She confides that she has been raped dozens of times and that, if she is fighting today, it is for her son whom she has obtained custody.

She returns to the hold her father-in-law had over her, and tells how she ended up daring to knock on the door of an association to help victims.

His words are overwhelming.

Those of her mother, a researcher in mathematics, are just as important when she speaks of the presumed right of cuissage exercised by Frédéric Pichard on his daughter.

The 34-year-old is not the only one to accuse the father and son of sexual violence.

Before her, a dozen employees turned to justice, accusing the two men today indicted for sexual assault and sexual harassment.

But regarding Talia's complaint, the father and son, who remain presumed innocent, have still not been heard by the investigating judge.

Me Marie-Paule Pioli, the lawyer for Talia and two other young victims, who also testify for the first time in the report, are surprised at the slowness of justice.

Following the scandal, the Pichard family closed the curtain at the beginning of August, before reselling their business to a renowned pastry chef, Frédéric Comyn.
