LXR Hotels & Resorts and Curio Collection brands.

LXR Hotels & Resorts: Guests expect "Sky Lobby"

The LXR Hotels & Resorts will contain 176 rooms, of which 40 suites with balconies overlooking the sea, will become the newest entrant of the independent luxury hotels owned by Hilton.

Guests expect a "Sky Lobby" located 20 floors above the shoreline, a bar-restaurant as well as the hotel's rooftop pool.

It will be the first hotel in Israel under Hilton's LXR Hotels & Resorts brand and will join a number of new destinations recently added to this brand in the Seychelles, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Kyoto.

Curio Collection Hotel: Indoor and non-indoor pools

The Curio Collection will be one of the brand's largest hotels in the Middle East and is expected to accommodate 401 designed guest rooms.

The hotel will include a spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, a 1,300-square-foot ballroom, indoor and outdoor pools and five restaurants and bars. The



hotel will also be equipped with a large number of meeting rooms and facilities for travelers and business events. Curio is a collection of more than 100 hotels worldwide. Carefully curated by weaving the local culture into every element of the hotel, from the design to the range of services the hotel provides, the latest additions to the collection include Royal Senses Resort in Crete and Legacy Hotel Cascais in Cascais, Portugal.

The incarnation of a hotel

The old Sheraton Hotel was inaugurated between Hayarkon, Habakkuk and Nordau streets in 1961, and was supposed to be the most luxurious hotel in Israel, "and perhaps one of the most luxurious in the Middle East at the time. Construction began in 1950, In the 1970s, the hotel was bought by businessman Arie Falloch, who sold it to David Teige, one of the owners of Hilton Tel Aviv, who transferred it to the Holiday Inn chain, the InterContinental chain, and later, due to unprofitability, the hotel was demolished in 1990. A pit in the heart of the Independence Garden, fenced by fences like a construction site.

The new hotels will be located, as mentioned, near the Independence Park on Hayarkon Street, a few minutes' walk from the Tel Aviv port and the promenade along the city's beach.

During this time the city became a thriving cosmopolitan destination The Hilton legacy in Israel with the launch of two hotels of exceptional quality that will be built on the shoreline of Tel Aviv. Hilton has two active hotels in Israel: Hilton Tel Aviv Waldorf Astoria in Jerusalem.

The global chain holds a portfolio of 18 international brands, including more than 6,500 properties and more than a million rooms in 119 different countries and territories.
