After announcing that he was performing again for the third time in Israel and much to the delight of the fans (the music critics a little less), we went to check

and were surprised to find out that he was following one Israeli.

Who is that Israeli?

You would think that Gal Gadot or Bar Refaeli, but it turns out that Bieber is following an animator named Gal Yosef, who designed the virtual character for Anna Zak during the year she was ill, and recently collaborated with the international singer as well.
