(ANSA) - ORISTANO, 23 NOV - Three arrests, 17 complaints, 1,700 kilos of hemp inflorescences, for a value of 17 million euros, seized together with 16 thousand illegal plants.
It is the balance of the numerous checks carried out by the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Oristano on the cultivation and treatment of hemp which saw the use of military personnel from the Compagnia di Oristano, Mogoro and Ghilarza.
500 objectives, including farms, sheepfolds, sheds and land, also inspected with the help of the Hunters Helicopter Squadron of Sardinia which led to irregularities in the cultivation of hemp, and illicit possession of weapons.
