(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 23 - Tight deadlines for the National Protocol on agile work in the private sector: in today's meeting between the Minister of Labor, Andrea Orlando and the social partners, the minister hoped for the signature by the end of the month.
The Protocol sets the reference framework for smart working with the guidelines for bargaining.
According to a first draft, it is foreseen the adhesion on a voluntary basis and subject to the signing of an individual agreement (not required during the state of emergency), indicating the duration, the alternation between the periods in presence and distance, the working tools, the disconnection and guaranteeing equal rights and treatment for the agile worker.
