Making a classic donut like in a bakery requires quite a bit of time, investment and advance planning.
But what do you do if you feel like home-made donuts here and now without getting involved, without fuss and most importantly without yeast and swelling?
Neta Levya from the food blog Manchkin gets Hanukkah with quick donuts from yogurt and spelled flour.
Delicious donuts that are easy to prepare and delicious no less than the classics on which you work for hours.
If you still want to invest a little, there is also a recipe for a wonderful berry sauce that is served with them.
Tip:
Do not give up the addition of alcohol in the dough it prevents unnecessary absorption of oil and creates an airy soup.

Ingredients
For cobamin and yogurt donuts:
2 eggs
½ White sugar (100 g)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ A teaspoon of salt
400 Greek yogurt
2 as a solution or brandy
400 grams of white spelled flour
1 bag of baking powder (10 g)
Oil - for frying donuts
For berry sauce:
250 g Frozen berries Mix
½ Cup honey
½ Buckwheat
Pinch of salt
To serve (optional):

Preparation
How to make quick yogurt donuts?

Prepare the berry sauce:
Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over a medium flame until boiling.
Cook for another 15 minutes until the liquids are reduced and certified.
Cool and keep in a bowl in the refrigerator.

Prepare the donuts: In
a bowl,
beat
eggs, sugar, cinnamon, salt, yogurt and brandy / rum.
Add the spelled flour and baking powder and mix until smooth and smooth as in a thick pancake batter.
3 Heat oil for deep frying.
Put a wooden spoon into the oil, when small bubbles form around the spoon, the oil is ready for frying.
4 Using 2 tablespoons or a tablespoon of spring ice cream, form donuts from the batter and put straight into the hot oil.
Fry for about 2 minutes on each side until golden.
5 Serve with Greek yogurt and berry sauce
