(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 24 - The Prime Minister of Ethiopia, AbiyAhmed, went to the front to lead the soldiers against the rebellious people and instructed the Minister of Foreign Affairs to resume his duties: this was announced by the Emirati broadcaster AlArabiya via Twitter.
Abiy, winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2019, announced two days ago his intention "to lead the defense forces" against the Tigrinya rebels advancing towards the capital, Addis Ababa.
The two sides have been in conflict for over a year.
