Scholz announced "the first coalition of social democrats, greens and liberals at the federal level. An alliance of parties that will work eye-to-eye and bring their strengths to the well-being of our country."
Scholz then announced "a decade of investment" for Germany. And the future vice-chancellor, the green Robert Habeck, added: "We know exactly how we will finance them."
The traffic light coalition in Germany wants "a more sovereign Europe", Scholz said.
"Promoting, pushing and carrying forward European sovereignty" will be our task, he added.
The contract of the future German government envisages extending the right to vote in Europeans and feds to minors under 16 (but this will require the support of the opposition) and "controlled delivery of cannabis" to adults.
