The rules in the red zone will not change
, so the travel restrictions and closures will be triggered for everyone, even if vaccinated. The Super Green pass, with the new rules to slow down the infection from Covid and the limitations for the unvaccinated, should come into force from 6 December. However, the date could still change: the orientation will then have to be confirmed by the Council of Ministers, after discussion with the Regions.
The obligation to wear an outdoor mask will trigger in the yellow area and
no exceptions will be made for those vaccinated or recovered from Covid.
