Ema recommends Pfizer vaccine use for ages 5-11

The European Medicines Agency Ema has recommended granting an extension of the indication for Pfizer-BioNtech's Covid vaccine to include use for children aged 5 to 11 years. (HANDLE)

(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, NOVEMBER 25 - The European medicine agency Ema has recommended granting an extension of the indication for Pfizer-BioNtech's Covid vaccine to include use for children between the ages of 5 and 11.


   The vaccine is already approved for use in adults and children aged 12 and over.

It reads in a note from the EMA.
