In Bologna the winners of 'Living with zero waste'

On Friday 26 November the 9th edition of the Vivere a Spreco Zero Award will be celebrated in Bologna, the little Oscars of sustainability that are awarded every year to the best practices of Italian municipalities, businesses, schools, associations and citizens.



Direct streaming on the youtube zero waste channel, with Andrea Segrè there will also be a video link between the others, the climatologist and scientific popularizer Luca Mercalli and the Undersecretaries at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Marina Sereni and the Ministry of Ecological Transition Vannia Gava.



Among the winners of the 'Oscars' of sustainability are the innovative Squiseat anti-waste app created by students of the Alma Mater University of Bologna, the first Italian anti-waste app able to connect catering activities with end customers, making sales possible unsold products at half price; the Celerifero start-up prototype for urban mobility conceived by a group of very young developers through an innovative alliance between companies and the Ferrari Institute of Higher Education in Maranello, where it was created as a zero-emission three-wheeled velocipede; the Mutti companies of Parma, which recover and recycle 81% of tomato waste; and Newpal of Ferrara which deals with molding, through innovative machinery,of high-quality pallets made from recycled plastic; the "Codes-Center for Citizen's Rights" Association, a network of local branches dedicated to the citizens of Emilia Romagna in matters of health, safety, legality, justice and more; the Grazia Deledda nursery school in Bologna for the nursery rhyme 'Mariolino and Serenella' on the themes of respect for the environment. Special awards also to the Municipality of Milan, to the Carabinieri Command for Sustainability, to the popularizers Marino Niola and Elisabetta Moro, to the scientist Stefano Mancuso.childhood Grazia Deledda of Bologna for the nursery rhyme 'Mariolino and Serenella' on the themes of respect for the environment.
