Black Friday: Only packaging material instead of a laptop - MediaMarkt customer complains on Twitter
However, there are always annoying incidents after which the customer finally complains about it online.
One of them has now done that on Twitter.
According to his post, he had ordered a laptop.
After unpacking, however, the big surprise followed.
Instead of a new device, the customer only received packaging material and several flyers.
The anger about it was of course great.
“To my regret, I found that these are what I received yesterday instead of newly ordered laptops.
It's totally inappropriate, ”he wrote using the hashtag BlackFriday and tagged Media Markt.

Black Friday complaint: MediaMarkt customers receive an empty package instead of an ordered laptop
But that is obviously not enough for the customer.
He added an addendum.
He was annoyed that he has been filling out the same form over and over again since he received the empty package last Wednesday.
MediaMarkt then promised: “Our colleagues will check it out and then get in touch with you.” However, Swiss Post does not show whether the customer has now been happy about the laptop he ordered.
But he is not alone with his anger: complaints keep piling up with the technology giant.
Most recently, a man on Facebook vented his anger about the long delivery times.
