Black Week and Black Friday - bargain hunters wait all year round for the discount battle at the end of November.
But: with some products it is not worth the wait.

No wonder, the consumer world is in the middle of Black Week, with the big highlight on Friday: Black Friday.
But are the offers really always cheaper and with which products do you as a consumer save nothing at all?
Black Friday: Only four percent discount on average
For the second time, Black Friday will take place during the corona pandemic.
Consumers have got used to online shopping and are making full use of it.
A representative survey by the consumer
portal idealo.de
among 1000 respondents showed that bargain hunters want to spend EUR 334 more than on Black Friday 2020.
Nevertheless, the budget should be well spent.
In another study,

examined
the price development of 9,237 products related to Black Friday in the past year.
The result: 61 percent of the products were cheaper, but on average there was only around 4 percent discount and only every seventh offer was 20 percent cheaper.

The most popular categories in the annual bargain hunt include smartphones, televisions, tablets and notebooks, as well as monitors, vacuum cleaners and espresso machines.
But be careful: In these categories in particular, the average savings were less than ten percent.

nevertheless recommends some product groups that can be promising.
These are smartphone predecessor models, Amazon devices, Dyson vacuum cleaners and SodaStream variants.
Black Friday and the corona pandemic: delivery bottlenecks affect bargains
Corona-related delivery bottlenecks, including for microchips and semiconductors, are dampening this year's Black Friday.
In the case of monitors, for example, it was already difficult to get a good price last year.
However, if a few tips and tricks are followed, you can still find some great bargains.
Flexibility and preparation are the be-all and end-all in the discount battle.
