But can you also tell from behavior that you have a really good employee and colleague in front of you?

Psychologists and management experts say yes, according to GQ magazine.

Their solutions were more imaginative, more unusual, more adventurous. The experiment shows that chaos brings more creative ideas to light and unconventional approaches are taken, says Vohs.
