  • 1 onion

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • 500 g minced meat

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 800 ml vegetable stock

  • 250 g processed cheese

  • 1 cup of crème fraîche

  • freshly grated nutmeg

How to cook cheese and leek soup with minced meat - a hearty classic

  • First clean and wash the leeks, drain them, then cut them into rings.

  • Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, fry the minced meat in it for about 5 minutes over medium heat while stirring.

    Season with salt and pepper.
