(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 26 - Prime Minister Mario Draghi and French President Emmanuel Macron signed the Quirinale Treaty in the presence of the Head of State Sergio Mattarella during the ceremony held at the Colle.
The signing of the Treaty was followed by a long and intense handshake between Draghi, Macron and Mattarella, at the end of which there was an applause.
Foreign ministers Luigi di Maio and Jean-Yves Le Drian were also present at the ceremony.
Macron then greeted the President of the Republic with a long hug as he left the Quirinale.
