F1: agreement with Barcelona circuit, Spanish GP until 2026

Also renews the MotoGP, at least 3 dates in the next 5 years (ANSA) Formula One has renewed its agreement with the Barcelona circuit, thus keeping it home to the Spanish Grand Prix until 2026. As part of the agreement, improvements will be made to the track and facilities (used for the first time by Formula 1 in 1991) before the 2022 race, scheduled for 22 May.     MotoGP has also renewed its agreement with the circuit, where the Catalonian Grand Prix will be held


Formula One has renewed its agreement with the Barcelona circuit, thus keeping it home to the Spanish Grand Prix until 2026. As part of the agreement, improvements will be made to the track and facilities (used for the first time by Formula 1 in 1991) before the 2022 race, scheduled for 22 May.


    MotoGP has also renewed its agreement with the circuit, where the Catalonian Grand Prix will be held in 2022 (provisional dates from 3-5 June) and at least two more times between 2023 and 2026, alternating other Spanish tracks.
