(ANSA) - MOSCOW, NOV 26 - Belarus will not forcefully expel migrants who are in the country.
President Alexander Lukashenko said this at the logistics center near the Bruzgi checkpoint on the border with Poland.
"There is no way to hold you back, get on the planes and send you home if you don't want to," Lukashenko said, addressing the migrants housed in the center.
Lukashenko noted that a thousand immigrants have already left Belarus by now.
Tass reports it.
