(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 26 - "France could take a step backwards compared to the Nutriscore".
This was announced by the Minister of Agricultural Policies, Stefano Patuanelli, at the inauguration of the Cremona International Livestock Exhibitions, regarding food labeling.
"In the conversation held yesterday between Prime Minister Draghi and President Macron, the issue was addressed and we will deepen this element in the coming days, but it seems quite evident that France is also retreating from that unhealthy idea of giving a color to food and labeling it for good or bad without a real scientific method ", says Patuanelli.
