Cartabia, now CSM reform, more internal magistrates independence

(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 28 - "Our judiciary has a strong independence from political power, it does";

"despite this, in our country the problem of guaranteeing the independence of the single judge has arisen even within the same judiciary".

This was stated by the Minister of Justice MartaCartabia interviewed at the Festa del Foglio.

"We will strengthen it with the next reform of the CSM, which was urged to us in a very energetic way by the President of the Republic who has reasoned. Once the tasks for Europe and the PNRR are over, we will work on this".
