600 grams of chickens
5 tablespoons olive oil
Xavier to taste

black pepper

500 g Potatoes cut into quarters, cooked in salted water
2 chopped onions
6 cloves chopped garlic
1 hot green pepper
1 buckwheat

Preparation
How to make chicken and potatoes?
1 In a large pot pour oil.

Season with salt, pepper and khaviaj seasoning.
3 Roast the chickens over high heat.
4 Fry the onion, garlic, and pepper for 3 minutes.
5 Add a tablespoon of khawiag to the soup.
6 Add the potatoes and season.
7 Add a glass of water and cook for about 10 minutes.
8 Add coriander and serve.
