    • 600 grams of chickens

    • 5 tablespoons olive oil

    • Xavier to taste

    • Salt

    • black pepper

    • 1 tbsp

    • 500 g Potatoes cut into quarters, cooked in salted water

    • 2 chopped onions

    • 6 cloves chopped garlic

    • 1 hot green pepper

    • 1 buckwheat

How to make chicken and potatoes?

  • 1 In a large pot pour oil.

  • Season with salt, pepper and khaviaj seasoning.

  • 3 Roast the chickens over high heat.

  • 4 Fry the onion, garlic, and pepper for 3 minutes.

  • 5 Add a tablespoon of khawiag to the soup.

  • 6 Add the potatoes and season.

  • 7 Add a glass of water and cook for about 10 minutes.

  • 8 Add coriander and serve.
