(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 29 - In Germany, the inflation index, harmonized with EU standards, jumped to 6% in November on an annual basis from 4.6% in October.
It is the preliminary estimate and exceeds the average forecast by + 5.5%.
On a monthly basis there is a slowdown to + 0.3% from + 0.5% the month before, but the economists were aiming at -0.2%.
The national consumer price index recorded a trend rise of 5.2%, the largest increase since 1992. (ANSA).
