At Hanukkah we are all back to being kids with a twinkle in our eye at the sight of a hot pile of golden pancakes.
We have included here a selection of easy and fun recipes from Shufersal magazine that will add a lot of flavor and joy to the traditional candle lighting.
All you have left to decide is whether to go for the traditional potato pancake, for the latkes or rusti, for the crunchy or soft texture, or at all in the directions of beets or cauliflower.
What is certain is that it is advisable to make a large quantity, because every year we tend to forget - that the rate at which the pancake tray is devoured is much faster than the rate at which they are fried.
