The investigating judge of Milan Giusy Barbara did not validate the preventive seizure of 4 million euros against the former president of the Chamber Irene Pivetti and one of his consultants.
They are among the suspects for money laundering, self-laundering and tax fraud carried out in recent days in an investigation by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office on a series of commercial transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of 3 Ferrari Gran Turismo, which would have been used to launder the proceeds of an evasion tax.
As legal sources have disclosed, the release from seizure was ordered and the sum returned to the two suspects.
