How to make Parmesan pasta in one pan (TIKTOK)
One clever and spicy mother shared a trick of how in one pan, effortlessly, she makes pasta with sauce for dinner.
"A million years ago I saw this recipe in some magazine, and since then I have not had to strain the pasta or cook it in a pot," she wrote in a popular Facebook group.
The woman drew the idea from a two-stage Martha Stewart recipe, saying that since she started making it she should not wash her strainer.
She just adds pasta, oil or butter and spices to a deep pan and fills everything with water, but not too much.
It then boils everything, lowers the heat and lets the liquids reduce.
She adds her favorite cheese on top before serving.
According to her, the recipe can be varied and prepared with any other sauce, pesto, herbs or vegetables.
So it's true that this is not a new method, and we reported on it as early as 2015, but it's always good to remember that there is a way to shorten the time of making pasta - without harming the taste.
