(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, 01 DEC - Up to 4.2 billion doses of vaccine guaranteed by the EU strategy, 76% of the adult population in the Union vaccinated, and 46 billion euros allocated by Brussels and its Member States to the global response for isieri to low-middle-income countries: these are some of the data published by the European Commission on what has been achieved to date in the fight against Covid.
Among the central elements there is also the digital certificate of the EU Covid (in Italy known as the 'green pass') issued in over 710 million copies, with 51 countries connected in the five continents.
From an economic point of view, it is highlighted, among other things, that 22 NRPs have been approved so far, and that the first pre-financing funds under the Recovery Fund, for a value of over 52 billion euros, have already reached 17 Member States.
