(ANSA) - MILAN, DECEMBER 01 - Eitan, the child who survived the Mottarone tragedy, will return to Italy with his aunt on December 3 with a flight from Tel Aviv, after the ruling of the Israeli Supreme Court in recent days.
The decision of the Israeli Supreme Court stipulated that Eitan should be returned to Italy no later than 12 December.
Judge Alex Stein had recalled that the basic principle of the Hague Convention provides for "zero tolerance for waste and highlights the need for immediate restitution".
"It is not disputable - he stressed - that the minor's normal life place is in Italy where he spent almost his entire life".
