(ANSA) - MILAN, 01 DEC - The judges of the seventh criminal in Milan have rejected the claims of the defenses of the 'exolgettine', accused in the Ruby ter trial with Silvio Berlusconi, who asked for the immediate acquittal, before the end of the trial, of the charges of false testimony, contested together with corruption in judicial proceedings.
Instances that were based on the ordinance by which the college on November 3 declared invalid the minutes of the depositions of 18 young people, given in the Ruby and Ruby bis trials.
