(ANSA) - MILAN, 01 DEC - Unicredit is planning, as part of the strategic plan that will be presented on 9 December, about 3,000 new cuts for a simplification process that will mainly concern central management.
The press anticipates it.
Final numbers are still under review, sources point out.
The cuts will arrive in Italy and abroad.
The group has around 87,000 employees.
The exits - according to what is learned - will be on a voluntary basis through early retirement and new hires may also be planned.
